The lava flows from the Pacaya volcano do not show progress but there are still fumaroles from the volcano, reported the Volcano Prevention Unit of the National Coordinator for Disaster Reduction of Guatemala.
In a bulletin released this Friday, the situation of Pacaya, which has been erupting at least 70 days, was updated.

In a video released by Conred, you can see how the lava has consumed part of the areas surrounding Pacaya.
The most affected places have been Le Breña, El Patrocinio and El Rodeo.

The authorities recommend that people who live in the vicinity of the volcano be vigilant in case they order the eviction of the area.
