World No. 1 Novak Djokovic was beaten in the semifinals of “his” tournament on Saturday in Belgrade by Russian Aslan Karatsev (28th) who dominated him in three sets, inflicting him a second disappointment after his untimely defeat in the 8th final in Monte-Carlo.
The world No. 1 lost 5-7, 6-4, 4-6 in a match where he could not find his usual rhythm and was very feverish on his faceoffs.
