The government raided the enclosure of Block 10 of the South Horizons yesterday (23rd) night, requiring residents to undergo mandatory testing.
As of 2 a.m., about 950 people have completed the test, and no confirmed cases have been found.
The building was unblocked at 7:30 in the morning, and candidates for the diploma exam rushed to the examination room to take the exam.

According to the HKEAA, about 12,400 candidates applied for the exam today. There are 130 auditorium examination venues and 174 special examination venues in Hong Kong.
Among them, two candidates reported to the Public Examination Information Center of the HKEAA that they completed the mandatory test last night or this morning. One of them lived in a "restricted area," and eventually both of them were able to take the test as scheduled.
As for candidates who are subject to compulsory quarantine, they can apply to the Penny's Bay Quarantine Center to take the exam. The Appraisal Bureau stated that no candidates are taking the exam at Penny's Bay today.
