The rocket barrages during the night once again mentioned that despite the inflow of tens of millions of dollars from Qatar, progress in the project of connecting the power plant in the Gaza Strip to gas and increasing the fishing space, Israel is failing to achieve complete calm in the Gaza Strip.

The red color warnings and IDF attacks have once again reminded that terrorist organizations, led by Hamas, are not content with just fortifying themselves in the Gaza Strip, and are keeping their eyes on Ramallah and Jerusalem every day.

Yesterday, the joint Knesset of the terrorist organizations issued an unequivocal statement. According to the announcement, the Knesset followed the riots in Jerusalem and emphasized that Israel "opens the gates of hell itself."

A few hours later, around 11:00 PM, the first alarm sounded.

Between volleys, Ismail Haniyeh's spokesman said that the head of the political bureau in the terrorist organization instructed all parties to "support" the rioters in Jerusalem.

The clashes in East Jerusalem were lobbied, among other things, against the background of the Palestinian parliamentary elections that may take place on May 22.

As you may recall, those around Abu Mazen are seeking to postpone the voting process for fear of a scorching defeat for Hamas and perhaps even for the two Fatah lists - the list of security prisoner Marwan Barghouti and the list of Muhammad Dahlan.

This forceps movement could lead to a historic slump in the original Fatah movement, and allow for a Hamas foothold in Judea and Samaria. There, in PA territory, members of the terrorist organization are between the hammer of the Israeli defense establishment and the Palestinian Authority's anvil for years.

According to Palestinian reports, some of the candidates on Hamas' "Jerusalem Promised" list were recently arrested by security forces.

Although Israel has so far not responded to requests by the Palestinian Authority to allow elections in East Jerusalem, these actions are more implicit in the mood in Jerusalem.

There are apparently no enthusiasm for the possibility that the PA will submit parliament to Hamas on a tray of money.

Hence, the recent events are intended to pressure Israel to allow the elections to take place.

Outwardly, the Abu Mazen bureau only blamed Israel for the deterioration, but people close to the PA chairman actually praised the rioters.

However, the riots in Jerusalem and the rocket barrages from the Gaza Strip are also reported to the Palestinian Authority. A source close to Hamas wrote yesterday that the disturbances are proof that anyone who normalizes relations with Israel or maintains coordination with its security mechanisms will fall with it. In other words, the terrorist organization smelled Abu Mazen's attempt to evade elections with some excuse, and placed a gun on the table, this time also at Fatah.
