Josep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, coaches of Manchester City and Liverpool, respectively, clubs that were part of the Super League project, showed their dissatisfaction with the number of matches imposed by UEFA and FIFA on the calendar. FIFA President Gianni Infantino said on Tuesday that the organization he heads is democratic and open to receiving proposals, but asked to respect its institutions, leagues and federations.
