Defense Minister Bnei Gantz today (Sunday) ordered the heads of the defense establishment to continue the readiness of the army and the home front for a situation of escalation in the Gaza Strip.
Ganz said these things in a situation assessment with the heads of the defense system in the Kirya.
The discussion was attended by Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi, GSS Chief Nadav Argaman, Chief of Staff Aharon Haliva, Chief of Staff Tamir Heiman, AGAS Chief Tal Kalman and other senior IDF and defense officials.
