The Supreme Court this morning (Sunday) overturned the district court's decision from last month, ruling that the "source" program could broadcast the testimony of Shaya Segal, a former adviser to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
In an appeal filed in court by journalist and "Makor" presenter Raviv Drucker and by Reshet, Justices Noam Solberg, Yael Wilner and Alex Stein ruled that it would be possible to publish the audio and visual documentation of Segal's testimony, who passed away in 2017. Following the publication of the decision, he wrote Drucker on his Twitter account that "there are judges in Jerusalem."
