Leighton suspended for 21 months

"CPB" is a subsidiary of "Leighton Urban Transport Group" (CIMIC Group) and belongs to the same group as "Leighton Construction (Asia)". The official website of Leighton Construction (Asia) also lists "Leighton Asia as a subsidiary of the group. One of the members of CPB Contractors who specializes in construction business in Asia" means that CPB has a close relationship with Leighton.

He Zhigang, the authorized representative of CPB in Hong Kong, is one of the directors of Leighton Asia Limited, which wholly owns Leighton Construction (Asia), and He Zheng serves as a director of at least six companies related to Leighton.
