"Wies 1": This is the address of the farm in the most remote corner of Denklingen.
The desert is three kilometers outside the village at 740 meters above sea level in a clearing that is surrounded on all sides by forest.
Denklingen
- The owner would like to tackle a major construction project there: namely the demolition and a new construction with a barn, stable, residential building and wood chip heating system.
Agriculture used to belong to a farmer from Denklingen.
But dairy cattle are no longer kept there.
Rather, the farm was sold.
The next owner kept horses and drove the property for 20 years.
A few years ago, his descendants sold the farm to a new owner.
He now wants to invest on a large scale in the no man's land between Denklingen, Dienhausen and the Lustberghof.
The community signals its agreement: The community councils approved the project in the most recent meeting.
The property is outside.
Areas for agriculture are planned there.
Unlike, for example, an Aussiedlerhof, the building project is not privileged, but is classified as a different project under building law.
The community advocates demolition and new construction.
It is said that public concerns would not be adversely affected.
The Landsberg District Office will ultimately decide whether a barn, stable, residential building and wood chip heating system can be built there.
