1. Eligible persons:

2. Health protection measures

a.) Testing requirements:

-Passengers must undergo the mutual recognition nucleic acid test (sampling within 72 hours before departure) before departure between the two places

-Passengers must undergo nucleic acid testing at the airport after arriving at the two places

b.) Exclusive flights: Only "air travel bubble" passengers will be picked up, but not transit or non-"air travel bubble" passengers

c.) Dedicated passage for arrivals: Hong Kong International Airport has a dedicated passage for "air travel bubble" passengers arriving in Po for special plane arrangements such as testing, sampling and immigration procedures.

3. Special plane arrangement

a.) Inaugural flight from May 26, 2021 to June 9, 2021

Hong Kong to Singapore: 1 flight per day, 200 passengers per flight

Singapore to Hong Kong: 1 flight per day, 200 passengers per flight

b.) From June 10, 2021:

Hong Kong to Singapore: 2 flights per day, 200 passengers per flight

Singapore to Hong Kong: 2 flights per day, 200 passengers per class

(The number of flights will be evenly distributed among Hong Kong and Singapore airlines)

4. Other requirements

a.) All passengers:

-Fill in and submit the SG Arrival Card (Singapore Electronic Arrival Card) within 3 days before arriving in Singapore

-Before departure, make an appointment for nucleic acid testing after arriving in Singapore

-And undergo a test at the airport upon arrival in Singapore

-Use private transportation, taxi or private taxi from the airport to the declared residence

-Isolate at the residence until he is notified that his test result is negative, then he can leave the residence and start the itinerary

b.) Non-Singapore citizens and non-permanent residents or long-term pass holders. Qiu Tenghua said that due to the emergence of the strained virus, the incubation period is longer, and more rigorous arrangements must be adopted in the original agreement:
