Members of the Criminal Security Branch in Lattakia arrested two people for falsifying university documents.
The Ministry of Interior stated in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that based on information received by the Criminal Security Branch in Lattakia about unidentified persons forging university documents, and after investigating and collecting information in coordination with Tishreen University, the members of the branch were able to know the perpetrators and arrest two persons, the first of the precedents for forgery and the second The owner of a library in the Agricultural District, and during their interrogation, they confessed that they committed many forgery of university certificates and graduation notices, and carried out fraud and fraud against large numbers of students of the Faculty of Arts, Department of Philosophy at Tishreen University in exchange for an amount of 200 thousand Syrian pounds from each student, in association with other people in hiding .
The Ministry affirmed that the investigation, information gathering and investigations will continue to arrest the disappeared, and that those arrested will be duly brought before the judiciary.
