As reported by the Kochel police, the dog of a resident of Altjoch had repeatedly escaped and visited the property of another dog owner at the Walchensee power plant.
Apparently the runaway male was attracted by his bitches in heat, according to the press report.
But because the dog's leftovers had annoyed the local resident and the dog had also damaged the saddle of his motorcycle beforehand, the man pulled a stick of wood over his back.
The owner of the runaway dog, who had arrived in the meantime, was so angry that she used her dog leash against the man.
According to the police, the statements are divided as to whether the subsequent blow from the man with the stick, which the dog had already felt, hit the woman intentionally or accidentally.
Both people are being investigated on suspicion of dangerous bodily harm.
In addition, the man receives a report according to the Animal Welfare Act.
