The General Sewerage Company in Hama has completed the implementation of the regional corridor line of sanitation, Harmal Beit Ataq, in the Masyaf area, which serves about 25 thousand people, with a value of 262 million Syrian pounds.

The Director of the Sewerage Company, Eng. Ahmed Al-Ghadha, said in a statement to SANA's correspondence that the project works carried out by the General Company for Water Projects, Central Region Branch, included extending the 14 km regional corridor line of sewage to serve the villages of Qalaat Alayyan, Al-Hikr, Beit Ataq, Hazor, Ain Halakim and Amra.

Al-Ghadha pointed to the completion of the implementation of the regional axis of sanitation, Harmal Kaf Al-Habash, in the Masyaf region, at a cost of 181 million, and a length of 10.5 km, and serves the villages of Kaf Al-Habash, Al-Mushrifa, Al-Majwi, Al-Nahda, Al-Shumaisah, Al-Fandara and Al-Bustan, pointing out that the two projects are part of the regional axis of Harmal-Zamiliyah concerned with the transfer of wastewater in the region Beit Ataq, Bayadiyah and Hazor, to reach the treatment plant to be built in Zamiliyah.
