These are defining hours in the procedural situation of Cristian "Pity" Álvarez, charged with the crime of a neighbor in 2018 in Villa Lugano.
After his defense requested his dismissal, the prosecutor objected and now he must define the court.

Prosecutor Sandro Abraldes refuses to dismiss him for the crime, but asked for the
termination of the preventive prison

The defense request

The crime
The act for which the musician is accused occurred on
July 12, 2018 in
