After preliminary investigation, the 30-year-old man surnamed Li was suspected of "driving an unregistered vehicle", "driving without a driver's license", "using a vehicle without third party insurance", and "driving without an approved protective helmet." , "Frenzy Driving" and "Assault on Police" were arrested and the case was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Team of the Sha Tin Police District for follow-up.
