The spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, today called on the Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Ukraine to provide explanations regarding the storage of anti-personnel mines in the city of Vrpetice in the Czech Republic.
“This information raises doubts about the integrity of the Czech’s implementation of its obligations under the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Treaty,” Sputnik news agency quoted Zakharova as saying in a statement today.
