The complaint came because the neighbors were listening to loud music, but what was happening on the terrace of a Palermo hotel went far beyond what was allowed within the framework of the pandemic restrictions: there was an electronic and clandestine party.
For the case, there are
five detainees and 26 defendants.
It happened in a two-story house located in Guatemala at 4,100 on Sunday afternoon.
But it was not the only case of the weekend.
In Almagro, in front of a bar in Humahuaca at 3,400,
a

dismantled
: it had previous complaints about parties, as reported by judicial and police sources.

The complaint was immediate and when the agents of the Neighborhood Police Station 14 A of the City Police arrived they found an electronic party on the terrace.

detained five people

They are accused of violating Necessity and Urgency Decree 241/2021 that imposes restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.

for violating article 205 of the Penal Code: it punishes with penalties of six months to two years in prison who "violates the measures adopted by the authorities competent, to prevent the introduction or spread of an epidemic ".
