Arrested Wednesday April 21 at his home in Trappes, this individual is suspected of having recently followed and assaulted three women at their home. The first assault took place on April 14 in Plaisir (Yvelines), as reported by
Le Parisien
. That day, a 47-year-old woman got off the train and walked home. A man follows her closely. As she arrives in front of the intercom of her building, the individual approaches her and asks her to enter, explaining that he is coming to see a friend.
But once on the second floor, when the forty-something opens her door, he rushes on her and manages to enter her apartment.
It was then that he led her to the toilet, grabbed her by the throat and raped her.
He then steals her phone and some change, then runs away, threatening retaliation if she files a complaint.
The same operating mode
Same scenario on April 19 on Boulevard du Montparnasse, in the middle of Paris. Then again, the 38-year-old closely follows a woman returning home. And once again, he pushes her inside his apartment as she opens her door. His victim manages to escape him but he still manages to sequester her in the toilet. He then orders her to undress: he wants to film her. The assailant will eventually leave the scene threatening to broadcast the video if she tells the police about what happened. The third assault took place the next day, April 20, rue de Rennes, in Paris. There too, the individual follows a woman who returns home before locking her up and then filming her in the toilet.
