The 35-year-old defendant was charged with criminal intimidation and rape.
The charge alleges that the defendant threatened X in a unit in Tuen Mun on March 15, 2019, in order to cause her personal harm, with the intention of frightening X.
He was also charged with raping X in the same unit on April 9 of the same year.

The defendant later asked X "I can give birth to a child" and had sex with X. The two also had wet kisses during the period. Afterwards, the defendant also asked whether X could withdraw the separation agreement, X agreed, and X rushed to eat together. However, when X went to the ground floor of the building, X suddenly told the security guard that he had been raped, and that he was bound by his hands and threatened with a knife. The security once said, "Your husband and wife will go down first," and he asked him to leave first.
The defendant returned to the unit involved and saw a cut cord in the bathroom. He was worried that he would be falsely accused by X, so he threw the cord out of the window in a hurry.
Later, he called his mother to talk about the incident. His mother asked him to file the record first, but he said, "Because I love Qu (female host X) so much, I don't want to do it."
Regarding the rape accusation, the defendant bluntly stated that "I was wronged."
