According to the report, the US media company is said to have proposed to the Duchess of Sussex to start a show called "Princesses And Puppies".
As the source of the online portal reports, the couple had discussed various projects with the now dissolved company "Quibi".
One idea that was allegedly proposed was for the Duchess to host an online show that combined royalty and pets.
There should also have been discussions about a nature documentary and a show about Harry's charitable interests.
The talks are said to have resumed in January 2020, albeit with no results.
Harry and Meghan: Conversations inconclusive
"Quibi" was founded as a streaming service for the transmission of serial formats for mobile phones in episodes under 10 minutes that can be viewed horizontally or vertically.
The service has now been discontinued.
