In a ruling that was known this week, the appeal court endorsed an opinion of Judge Marcela Garmendia, who reviewed the psychiatric, psychological and socio-environmental reports of the accused and ordered the moderation of the sentence, assessing -among other things- the
absence of antecedents. criminal law
and the personal situation of the accused.
In addition, as the partner of the current deputy of Together for Change was always "in accordance with the law," he understood that there are no procedural risks of flight or obstruction of evidence.

The case that led Buzzali to prison occurred in the early hours of 2021 when Píparo denounced that she was assaulted by three pairs of motorcycle jets on 47th Street, between 15 and 16, when they parked the car to leave her father at home.
As the legislator explained to the court, when they went to the police station to complete the complaint procedures in the black Fiat 500L with a white roof, they came across motorcyclists and believed that they were the same ones who had assaulted them.
On 21st and 40th streets, Buzali collided from behind with one of the motorcycles in which Luis Levalle (23) and a 17-year-old boy were traveling.
As they later reported, the driver dragged them and they were lying on the asphalt.
They suffered minor injuries.
The route could be verified through different footage from the security cameras.
After that, they were followed by other boys on motorcycles until the couple stopped at a traffic control in Plaza Moreno.
For the La Plata prosecutor, María Eugenia Di Lorenzo, Buzali is responsible for the crime of "attempted
double homicide

Last month, the Appeals Chamber ratified the cover but it had not been issued due to the extraordinary release, considering that the request was already being analyzed by the judge of the grade.
Regarding the assault that occurred in the early hours of January, Buzali declared in a television note: "I saw her (Carolina Píparo) with the revolver at her head and I said:
'This can't be happening to us again
."
He alluded to the bank leakage of which his wife was a victim in 2010, also in La Plata, when she was pregnant and which ended with the death of her baby Isidro, who was born in an emergency cesarean section and survived only one week.
That noon on July 31 of that year, six criminals on three motorcycles assaulted Píparo at the door of his in-laws' house located on 47th and 15th streets, in the provincial capital.
One of the thieves targeted the Buenos Aires deputy and stole her wallet and cell phone.
They shot her and her injuries led to an emergency delivery.
The woman spent 40 days in intensive care.
