As the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North reported, a farmer carried out work on the roof of his equipment hall.
The 65-year-old broke through the Eternit roof and fell about nine meters into the depth.
Man dies at the scene of the accident
His wife called the ambulance service, but the resuscitation attempts by the emergency services failed.
As a result of his serious injuries, the man died at the scene of the accident.
The Erding criminal police took over the investigation.
The police said there were no indications of third-party negligence.
