The police noticed them because they were out and about after the curfew began.
Only the drunk driver was prosecuted.
Irschenberg -
At around 11 p.m., a civil patrol by the Kreuth border police noticed a BMW.
On Sunday, April 25th, the car drove on the main road from Miesbach towards Irschenberg.
Because the driver was on the road despite the curfew, which applies from 10 p.m., the officers stopped the vehicle.
On the premises of a gas station, they checked the vehicle, which was packed with five men.
This emerges from a press report by the Holzkirchen motorway police.

There was a smell of alcohol inside the car.
The plainclothes police requested a uniformed patrol from the Holzkirchen motorway police for support.
After the 41-year-old driver got out, officials suspected that he too had had a drink.
A voluntary alcohol test showed 2.5 per mille.
On site, the officers took away the driver's license and ordered a blood test.
The 41-year-old is now awaiting criminal proceedings for drunk driving.
The exit during the curfew had no consequences for the other people.
According to the police, they all had a valid reason, so no punishment under the Infection Protection Act was made.
