This is one of the few urban renewal complexes in Givatayim, which combines the demolition of a number of buildings and reconstruction in the sought-after and pastoral Rambam neighborhood.

This is the seventh project in the city by Rotem Shani - a public company with 3 decades of experience in initiating, planning and marketing residential projects.

As part of the cornerstone laying event, Rotem Shani chose to present the apartment owners with a capsule of memories.
