The weather near the port of Japan is unstable. The Observatory pointed out that showers related to the trough of low pressure will continue to affect the coastal areas of South China in the next one or two days.

As the trough of low pressure moved away, the weather along the coast of Guangdong gradually improved later on Thursday (29th).

A dry continental airstream will bring generally sunny weather to southern China near the weekend, and the area is hot during the day.

The Observatory expects that it will be sunny and hot on Labor Day on Saturday (May 1), and the temperature in the urban area will be as high as 30 degrees. However, the temperature difference can reach 7 degrees during the day, and citizens may need to bring coats.

In addition, next Wednesday (May 5) is the "Li Xia" in the 24 solar terms, representing the coming of summer.

Looking ahead, showers will be more frequent in the next one or two days. The weather will improve on Friday (30th) and the day will be hot; the temperature will range from 22 to 29 degrees.

Saturday is the Labor Day holiday. The Observatory expects that it will be generally fine and hot during the day; the temperature has risen slightly to between 23 and 30 degrees, that is, a temperature difference of 7 degrees during the day.

Affected by the southerly airstream, cloud cover increased early next week with a few showers.

The Observatory expects a few showers for five consecutive days starting next Sunday (2nd).
