Therefore, Chen Zhisi hopes that after the system reform, these people of insight can be encouraged to enter the government.

Regarding the central government's move to revise Hong Kong's electoral system, Chen Zhisi said that electoral reform is necessary, and pointed out that facing the situation of the Legislative Council in the past few years, the government needs to "harden".
However, he said that in the 20 years since the reunification, long-term problems such as the settlement of the people still exist. The reform can deal with the situation in the Legislative Council, but he does not think that simply solving the chaos in the Legislative Council can solve other social problems.
Chen Zhisi pointed out that various social issues involve different interest groups. For example, housing issues involve land. There are many stakeholders, and all parties need to work together to deal with it.
Chen Zhisi also said that in the past, government policies were implemented slowly, and he believed that some people in the Legislative Council "opposed for the sake of opposition."
Chen said that the government will also have blind spots. Members of the next Legislative Council can still oppose the government's motions. They do not want them to support everything. "But accusing each other is not a solution to the problem." The government must also ensure that the proposed policies are fair and reasonable.
