With the master's title, I also got my training certificate.

That is precisely why we have to invest time in training.

So it would be nice if you could fill these positions with your own, young, trained specialists.
Are there currently any vacancies in the municipal gardening department?
No, we have everything occupied again.
That is why we will not start training until September 2022.
In initial discussions, also for the Vocatium, I noticed that most students are already looking for apprenticeships for September 2022.
There is still time until then.
But an internship is always possible before that.
What training do the young people complete?
We train landscape gardeners.
That comes closest to working in the city gardening department, because this division does not exist.
What we cannot convey, the trainees learn in a partner company.

What does the applicant have to bring with them besides the green thumb?
Interest and joy in working in nature. Manual skills and a little math understanding don't hurt either. And he has to know that we work outside all year round, when it rains he doesn't sit in the office straight away. But the hardening comes with time.
