Within the framework of its plan and in preparation for the next tourist season, Jableh City Council in the Latakia Governorate continues to implement several service projects on the sea corniche and inside the city's neighborhoods.
The head of the municipality of Jableh City, Eng. Ahmed Qandil, told SANA that as part of the council’s plan to improve the service reality during the coming summer period, work continues on the project to improve the marine corniche and main streets by constructing and maintaining lighting devices using energy-saving LEDs with a long life, adding aesthetic to this city. To the maintenance and installation of beautiful seats in Mr. President Square, which has become one of the main landmarks of the city and a destination and outlet for citizens due to its spaciousness and location near a large commercial complex.
Qandil explained that the cleaning workshops continue their work in collecting and transferring garbage from neighborhoods and cleaning public squares, as the containers have been painted with new paints, calling on citizens and the local community to cooperate to show the city in the best way, stressing at the same time the council’s readiness to address any issue or complaint related to the service reality.
