US President Joe Biden will visit Thursday, April 29, in Georgia, Jimmy Carter, who occupied the White House from 1977 to 1981. On the occasion of a trip to this southern state, the 46th president in history will find the 39th, also Democrat, in the small town of Plains, where the latter has lived since leaving Washington.

Jimmy Carter, 96, and his wife Rosalynn, 93, had not attended Joe Biden's swearing-in ceremony on January 20 in Washington.
