A 27-year-old man was shot dead Tuesday evening in Noisiel (Seine-et-Marne) and the perpetrators of the shots fled, according to a judicial and police source.

The facts took place shortly after 7 p.m. in a city of Noisiel where another person was seriously injured by gunshot, said a police source.
According to the first elements, the hypothesis of a "
settling of accounts against a background of drug trafficking
" is to be favored, said this source.
The investigation was entrusted to the judicial police of Versailles.
