Sana'a - Sana
The Yemeni army’s Air Force carried out an attack operation targeting King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait, southwest of Saudi Arabia, at dawn today.
The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said in a statement carried by Al Masirah Net that “the air force targeted the King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait with a K2 bombed drone,” stressing that the hit was accurate.
Saree indicated that this targeting comes within the framework of the legitimate response to the escalation of aggression and the ongoing siege on Yemen by the coalition led by the Saudi regime.
It is noteworthy that the Yemeni Air Force has recently carried out several offensive operations targeting King Khalid Air Base in Khamis Mushait and vital military sites in the Saudi rear, including Aramco.
