, with a broken leg, ”explains Evangelina, who is the first to understand that the context of coronavirus imposes other rules.
Evangelina is "very grateful" to Carrillo and says that her son's social work has him
on a waiting list
.
"Every day we call to see if there is room," he adds.
And he continues: “Due to the pandemic
we are in the middle
.
In the hospital, with its logical and understandable reasons, they need the place and we know that it is complicated by the coronavirus.
And the social work, which is also saturated by Covid, needs to get him an operating room as soon as possible.
Time passes and
my son cannot be without surgery,
but I also understand the context in which we live ”.

Rodrigo is visited in the hospital by a psychologist, a nutritionist, traumatologists and does rehabilitation.
What worries his parents most is the
emotional

of their son.

The cause
Two days after the accident, Rodrigo's family, friends and neighbors marched to ask for
justice.
The image of the video was overwhelming: three people got out of the car and escaped without assisting him after running him over when the footballer returned on his motorcycle and without a helmet leaving his girlfriend at home.
Only the
driver
of the Chevrolet Onix, who after hitting Rodrigo's motorcycle got on the sidewalk, hit a tree and a Fiat Palio;

The car that hit the Chacarita player
had been stolen
in Moreno.
Inside were license plates hidden under the passenger seat mat.
The day after the march, the driver was
arrested
by order of the prosecutor Favio Cardigonde of UFI No. 7 of San Martín.
The prosecutor charged the detainee with the crimes of “
concealment, culpable injuries and aggravated robbery
by the use of an unavailable weapon.” Currently, he remains in custody with preventive detention. Of the rest of the people who were with him that night in the Chevrolet Onix nothing it's known.

The case is in charge of the Court of Guarantees No. 3, which has to "see the prosecutors of the UFI No. 10 of Moreno so that they can
