A security guard of Jewish homes in Silwan was documented today (Wednesday) attacking Fadi Mohsan, a resident of the neighborhood in East Jerusalem, lying on the floor.

This is a security guard employed through the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

The circumstances of the case are not yet clear, and police have opened an investigation.

In Silwan, as in other neighborhoods in the east of the capital, there are Jewish homes secured by state-funded civilian companies.

In the video, the security guard can be seen leaning over Muhsan on the road, and hitting him hard on the head.

In the photos taken after the attack, the man is seen with signs of violence in his eye.

Shadi Mohsan, Paddy's brother who was attacked, told Walla!

On what he heard happened: "He was praying in al-Aqsa today, went down to his house and was caught by security guards there. They told him where you were going? And he said he was going home. They sprayed him with gas, he fell to the floor and started beating him."

He claimed, "He just wanted to get home. He did nothing."

Mohsan added that after the incident, his brother was not feeling well, and he was taken to a health fund.

"He has problems. The police have not come here yet," he said.

The Ministry of Housing stated that "this is a security guard of Shahaf, a civilian company that carries out security operations in East Jerusalem under the professional guidance of the Israel Police. Upon receipt of the documentation, the ministry demanded that the company conduct an in-depth investigation and present its findings to Israel Examine the steps required in this case. "

"The Ministry of Construction and Housing is responsible by virtue of a government decision on the security of areas in East Jerusalem and funds external civil security companies for this purpose.
