The President of the United States, Joe Biden, delivered tonight (light for Thursday) the "Speech of the Hundred Days," the speech summarizing the first hundred days of the President's rule, before the US Congress in Washington. 

Biden implicitly attacked his predecessor in office and said: "A hundred days have passed since I laid my hand and swore to the position on my family's Bible book.

I inherited a nation that is, as many have understood, in a deep crisis with the worst plague in a century, the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression and the greatest attack on our democracy since the Civil War. " 

In his remarks, Biden referred to a break-in to Congress by supporters of former President Donald Trump in an effort to prevent the election results from being confirmed, a riot that has claimed the lives of five people, including three police officers. 

"America is on the move again. We have turned danger into opportunity, crisis into success, and difficulties into power," the president said.

Biden detailed the administration’s achievements and claimed that the administration was able to deliver 200 million doses of vaccine in a hundred days.

Regarding the U.S. economy, Biden said that now even the top percentage in the country is starting to bear the burden of taxes and that "the idea of ​​the percolation of wealth downward has never worked."  

Commenting on the confrontation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Biden said: "We are not interested in an escalation with Russia, but now Putin must know that his actions will have consequences and consequences." The President also referred to his Deputy Camella Harris and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and said: “Madam Speaker, Madam Vice President, no President has addressed these words before, and it is time for that to happen. It's time to dump her and move on.
