Dietramszell
- With the support of police from Weilheim and Holzkirchen, the Geretsried inspection set up a control point on State Road 2072 in Einöd on Monday afternoon.
A total of 20 officers checked more than 100 vehicles.
Ten road users were subjected to administrative offense proceedings.
Criminal proceedings were initiated against three vehicle drivers - for driving without a license, misuse of license plates and offenses under the tax code.
At around 3:45 p.m., a 21-year-old Eglinger was checked on his BMW motorcycle.
It turned out that the license plate was attached to the stern at such a steep angle that it was barely legible.
In addition, the tires were badly worn.
At the same time, a 21-year-old Geretsrieder was checked in his seat.
According to the police, the young man showed "drug-typical abnormalities" during the inspection.
He admitted using marijuana the day before.
A blood sample was then taken, the result is still pending.
Geretsrieder must expect a fine and a driving ban.
