The competition is divided into three groups: elementary, middle and high school. The manuscript will be distributed to the kindergartens in Yuen Long District in early October, and the entries will be collected in November.
The judging panel included Principal Zhang Jingxian, Teacher Zhang Jieling, Director Huang Hengzhi and various visual arts teachers.
After collecting the works, the visual arts teacher first selects the champion, second and third runners-up in each category from all the works.
Then, the overall champion, second and third runners-up will be selected from each group in each kindergarten.

The prize presentation ceremonies of previous parent-child coloring and creation competitions were held in the auxiliary elementary school.
