And Zhu Kaidi, who said earlier that he would plead guilty, his case was postponed to June 11.

The case involved 26 defendants. They were separately voted for illegally inciting others to participate in, hold or participate in an unauthorized assembly outside the Victoria Park fountain on June 4, 2020.

When the case is being processed today, the defendants Huang Zhifeng, Cen Aohui, Yuan Jiawei and Liang Kaiqing pleaded guilty to knowingly participating in an unauthorized assembly.

In addition, another defendant, Zhu Kaidi, said earlier that he would plead guilty. Today, he applied for adjournment of his case to June 11 through his lawyer. The case with the other 19 defendants was heard in the West Kowloon Court and was approved by the judge.

Among them, Stake Chairman Li Cheuk-ren, Vice Chairman He Junren and Zou Xingtong, Secretary Cai Yaochang, Standing Committee Members Zhang Wenguang, Mai Haihua, Yin Zhaojian, Zhao Enlai, Liang Yaozhong, Liang Jinwei, One Media Founder Li Zhiying, Labor Party Chairman Guo Yongjian, and FDC Convener Chen Haohuan 13 people were charged with the crime of inciting others to knowingly participate in an unauthorized assembly.

In addition to Li Zhiying, the above-mentioned 12 people, together with 13 democrats, namely Liang Guoxiong, He Xiulan, Liang Guohua, Hu Zhiwei, Zhu Kaidi, Huang Zhifeng, Luo Guancong, Cen Aohui, Yuan Jiawei, Liang Kaiqing, He Guilan, Zhang Kunyang, and Yang Sen, a total of 25 people were charged. Knowingly participate in a crime of unauthorized assembly.

Li Zhuoren was also charged with the crime of holding an unauthorized assembly.

Luo Guancong and Zhang Kunyang were absent from the trial earlier.

The judge once questioned that the subpoena case was handed over to the district court for trial and spent more public money, and the remaining defendants were adjourned to be heard again on June 11.
