A Florida school principal is under investigation for hitting a 6-year-old girl with
a wooden paddle after the minor caused
$ 50 worth of damage to a computer.
The incident was recorded by the mother for fear that the authorities would not believe her, according to the television station WINK-TV.

in Clewiston, Florida, it was recorded of her and another school employee leaning the girl over a chair and spanking her several times with a wooden paddle.
"No one would have believed me
," the girl's mother told the local media, who was called on April 13 by the school authorities because the minor apparently had damaged a computer.
When the woman arrived at the educational center, she found the scene of the punishment.

"The hatred with which he hit my daughter [...], I never hit him like she did," said the mother, whose identity was not disclosed.

sacrificed my daughter
so that all parents can realize what is happening in this school," the mother told WINK-TV, who, according to her, hid her phone to record the punishment and have proof of what had happened .
Clewiston Police and the Department of Children and Family confirmed to the local media that the event is being investigated.
Some school districts in the state allow corporal punishment, but in Hendry County it is not legal.

According to the family's attorney, Brent Probinsky, the police turned the case over to the state attorney's office and
criminal
charges
are
being considered
against Carter and the other school employee.
