Occupied Jerusalem - SANA
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas announced the postponement of the legislative elections because the Israeli occupation authorities prevented them from holding them in occupied Jerusalem.
Abbas stressed, in a speech during his presidency of the Palestinian leadership meeting in Ramallah this evening, according to Wafa Agency, that "Palestinian elections will not take place without Jerusalem," praising the steadfastness of the Palestinians and their sacrifices against the occupation's Judaic schemes and the attacks of its settlers, and said, "Jerusalem is ours and not for others."
Abbas called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities and stop the violations of the occupation against the Palestinian people.
