In statements to SANA correspondent, George Sankari, a member of the Hama governorate council, said on the authority of Suqaylabiyah: The city commemorated the Day of Resurrection after ten years of celebration as a result of the terrorist attacks on it with treachery and crime shells, indicating that the cleansing of the area of ​​terrorists' defilement re-celebrated the Day of Resurrection as a symbol of the resurrection of Christ and the resurrection. Syria and its salvation from its ordeal, "pointing out that another resurrection awaits the people of Suqaylabiyah on the 26th of May, which is the constitutional entitlement for the presidential elections, in which the people will participate on a large scale in support of the renewed Syria and to ensure a bright future for it."

Waddah Farrouh, head of the city of Suqaylabiyah, indicated that the day of “resurrection” symbolizes the victory of the will of life over death, joy and dignity over oppression and pain, while Father Louis Skaf, the representative of the Diocese of Suqaylabiyah, saw that the city is living its joys today by celebrating the resurrection that embodies the spread of love and peace all over the world, indicating The terrorists did not like that and tried to sabotage a Syria that all Syrians would build with their love for each other and their standing with their homeland to rebuild Syria, civilization and prosperity.

A celebration was also held for the “Resurrection” Day in the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Hama in the city of Hama by holding prayers and masses. Metropolitan Nicolas Baalbaki mentioned in a statement to the SANA reporter that just as Christ rose from pain and darkness to delights and light, Syria today rises from its ordeal and the blame it has afflicted over the past ten years thanks to The valiant vigor of its army, determination and patience of its people, proclaiming its salvation from terrorism and reconstruction.
