A multi-casualty incident in Meron:
MDA spokeswoman updated tonight (Thursday to Friday) on the collapse of a grandstand at the bottom 40 on Mount Meron. MDA medics and paramedics provide medical treatment to dozens of casualties, including the unconscious.
On behalf of the Northern District Rescue Union, it was reported that the medical teams of the Rescue Union are performing CPR on a number of students at the Toldot Aharon lighting complex in Meron.
The medics also provide assistance to over 30 wounded as a result of bruises and injuries.
Yosef Chaim Ben-Zion, a paramedic from the Rescue Union who participated in the resuscitation operations, said: "This is a small number of casualties and a medium and small number of casualties as a result of the collapse of the Tribune (Frances).
