"Make America Great Again!"

(“Let's make America great!”).

Rather, the motto of the new American president, Joe Biden, would be, in essence,

"Make the American Middle Class Happy Again!"

("Let's make the American middle class happy").

Deploying diplomacy that satisfies the American middle class is an avowed objective of the Biden Administration.

Jake Sullivan, the new national security adviser, has made it clear.
