According to the Observatory, the name "Ginkgo" was proposed by China; Vietnam proposed a new name for "Bamboo"; the Philippines proposed "Hua Gaza" which means fast-moving; as for the name "Tianqin" proposed by Japan from the constellation of the same name ; Laos put forward the two words "blue lake" and "Luo An", among which the blue lake is the name of the lake in the country, and "Luo An" means swallow.
