BRUSSELS - The High Representative of the EU, Josep Borrell, and the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, had a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the G7 ministerial in London.
The meeting was an opportunity to discuss relations with China, the Iran nuclear deal, the situation in Afghanistan, and Russia, in the light of the recent military strengthening on the border with Ukraine, the Navalny case, and of Moscow's actions against the EU.
A note from the European External Action Service reads, which highlights how the next EU-US summit in June in Brussels "will give further impetus to transatlantic relations".
