A Mexico City skytrain bridge collapsed overnight Monday through Tuesday as a train passed over it, according to CCTV camera footage released by Mexican media.
The authorities did not immediately communicate any results of this accident which occurred near Olivos station, on metro line 12 in the south of the capital.
Local televisions showed dozens of firefighters and rescuers struggling through the night to extricate train passengers amid rubble, cables and twisted pieces of metal.
