Every person has different emotions, which change throughout the day depending on such and such events. Above all, however, the Holy Torah is very careful that the person will not be sad, with the understanding that sadness attracts more bad things.

In a program presented by David Hacham, Rabbi Yitzchak Peretz, one of the rabbis of Shuva Yisrael, explained, with the help of the teachings of the Admor Rabbi Josiah Pinto, how the Torah helps us avoid sadness and when. We did, we can be happy again.

The rabbi explained this with the help of a parable about Rabbi Akiva, who could not find a place to stay in the town he came to and had to sleep in the forest, where he slowly lost the animals that accompanied him on the journey. He fell on the town and he, who made sure to continue to be happy despite the blows inflicted on him - survived thanks to his faith in the road.

"The evil instinct wants you to be sad and resentful and as long as we are sad, it only causes more problems," concluded Rabbi Peretz, emphasizing the book "Thought of the Soul" by the Rebbe Rabbi Pinto, which deals with things and to which he is particularly attached.
