"President Duque seems to have lost his capacity for dialogue and today he is using the security forces as a tool to silence and punish the people who are demonstrating," said Amnesty International Director for the Americas, Érika Guevara-Rosas .
In an interview with Juan Carlos López, the lawyer added that the Colombian government must investigate human rights violations and open channels of dialogue with the population.
