Grounded since March 2020, business travelers are not about to take off again.
Even when they have all been vaccinated against Covid-19, they have learned to work so differently.
Long accustomed to living between two planes, managers and executives have chained teleconferences;
salespeople managed relationships with their customers from a distance;
even the sites were supervised by interposed screens ...

For the business travel industry, nothing will be the same.
While leisure tourism should quickly pick up again, business travel will take time to take off again and will never return to its 2019 level. According to Oliver Wyman, the Covid-19 will wipe out 10 to 15% of the market.
“Before falling, business travel grew by an average of 3% per year for ten years,
