A young man was arrested for an attempted robbery committed on Tres de Febrero.
The case, one more of the unsafe events recorded in the Conurbano, took an
unexpected turn
when investigators discovered that the victim of the assault was involved in an accident in which the thief's father died.
From that tragic traffic accident where
Claudio Acosta Silva (44) died
to the attempted robbery carried out by his son, 112 days passed.
Investigators believe that it was all
by chance
and that the two events are not connected.
The truth is that the attempted robbery occurred this Monday, May 4, when there were 15 minutes to 16, at Marcelo T. de Alvear 4,471, in
Villa Pineral
.
There was
Angel Lorenzo Guiso
, a merchant 61, along with two other people talking on the sidewalk when two young men appeared.
The entire sequence lasted 37 seconds and was
filmed
in a security camera in a local business:
the way Guiso looks at the two young men passing behind him
is
striking
.
Those two young men were Silvio González Carrizo (35) and
Lucas Nahuel Silva (18)
, now arrested and charged with the attempted robbery of Guiso.
The minor already knew his victim: he was the man who had caused the accident in which his father died last January.
Whether Silva recognized Guiso or not is a matter of investigation, although for now
the suspicion is that it was a robbery
.
Robbery and persecution
After targeting Guiso and the two men, one of the thieves took the merchant, took
the key
to his white Volkswagen Amarok truck that was parked in front of the vehicle he uses to work, and gave it to his accomplice.
While the thief kept Guiso and another of the men threatened, the accomplice entered the VW.
It was then that a
patrolman
from the Villa Pineral 4th Police Station
appeared on that block
, which was controlling the area, and the assailants ran
away
.
They only took away with the key to the Amarok.
The two thieves target Guiso and his companions.

The police officers immediately began an operation to find the thieves and managed to locate two suspects in the vicinity.
In Silva's possession, a
9mm
caliber
pistol
and the
keys
to the Amarok
were seized
.
The weapon that Silva was found had a
kidnapping
request
since September 22, 2018, in a case investigated by UFI N ° 3 of La Matanza.
The two defendants were arrested while trying to run away.
For the attempted assault in Tres de Febrero, from the prosecutor's office No. 6 of San Martín, in charge of Marcela Costa, both suspects are charged with the crime of
"attempted robbery and illegal possession of a weapon of war
.
"
Fatal accident
It was the first days of January.
It was afternoon and Guiso had stopped the truck with which he works on Avenida Alvear at 4400. Claudio Acosta Silva
was riding down the same street
on his bicycle.
Truck traffic in that area was intense.
The images recorded by a security camera show that as Acosta Silva passed by Guiso's vehicle, the merchant
opened the
driver's side
door
.
The moment Guiso opens the door and makes Acosta Silva lose stability.
The
reckless
maneuver Guiso
destabilized
Acosta Silva, who fell to the pavement and was caught by the rear wheels of a passing truck just there.
Acosta Silva died of his injuries on January 12, and Guiso was accused of
manslaughter
, in a case involving UFI No. 4 of San Martin, according to
Clarín
.
It was ordered that he continue the process in freedom.
According to sources linked to the cause of the attempted robbery in which Acosta Silva's son was arrested, although the filial relationship has been proven, "the event that occurred in the last hours
would not be related to the accident
."
February 3rd.
