According to the first elements of the investigation, five individuals in a vehicle annoyed a young woman in the street while she was returning home.
Visibly annoyed by the indifference displayed by the latter, the five men would also have insulted her.

From the window of her home, the young woman's father witnessed the scene and came down with a 9mm-type firearm, firing twice in the direction of the attackers without injuring anyone.
All the protagonists were arrested and taken into custody in the evening.
Of the six implicated, including the father of the young girl for attempted murder, only two of them and the father were referred on Wednesday by decision of the Nanterre public prosecutor's office, for a summons by report to the hearing on July 2nd.

The father is summoned for violence with disability less than 8 days and violence without disability. The other two men, brothers aged 30 and 31, are summoned for repeated death threats against the father and his adult daughter, the prosecution said.
